Our services
As an independent consulting company for the plastics processing industry and its environment, we offer you our know-how with a focus on polymers, plastics, raw materials and technical support for your perfect production process. We help you to select precisely fitting process and production aids, plastic materials, feedstocks and chemicals and to optimise your production in a holistic and sustainable way using our extensive technical expertise.
Based on the desired product characteristics and the existing framework conditions, we use flexible agile and lean-based project management methods to look at the entire production process, divided into the individual production steps, including quality management. Together we then develop holistic, i.e. economic, regulatory and ecologically sustainable optimisation proposals and support you in their implementation.
Our common goal is to create an all-round and holistic win-win situation through faster, more cost-effective and environmentally friendly production of your products. At the same time product quality is enhanced and a safer working environment for your employees is created.
Knowledge
We have extensive knowledge in the field of plastic materials including their raw materials (e.g. thermoplastics, polyurethanes or rubber) and support you, for example, searching for materials and raw material alternatives.
In addition, we stand out for a holistic understanding of production methods and process flows in the plastics processing industry. Some examples of this are 3D printing, polyurethane, powder slush or injection moulding process technology. We therefore support you, for example, in questions of process control and application technology or in the selection of processing aids and cleaning methods.
We are well versed in the fields of surface analysis (moulds and components) and surface-active compounds (chemical structure-activity relationships) and have sound chemical/physical knowledge, e.g. in the broad field of silane and silicone chemistry or on topics of dispersion/emulsification technology.
